Delivery
Once the order has been placed, it is dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times then apply:
Paris - Click & Collect
- Select Click & Collect shipping mode when confirming your order.
- Within 24-48 working hours, you will receive an email confirming the availability of your order, with information on how to access the collection point.
- You will then be able to pick up your order, but not before receiving this email.
- Horaires du point de retrait : Lun-Ven 10h30-18h00, Paris 8 (hors jours fériés)
Metropolitan France
Free delivery on orders over €195.
- Shop2Shop Point Relais : délai moyen 2-4 jours ouvrés ; 2€-5€
- Colissimo Domicile : délai moyen 2-4 jours ouvrés ; 2€-6€
- Colissimo Domicile signature : délai moyen 2-4 jours ouvrés ; 2€-8,50€
Special case: In the event of re-shipment of a parcel due to a failure on the part of the customer (e.g. parcel not collected from a relay point in time, incomplete or incorrect address, etc.), the customer must pay the actual delivery costs.
International
Free delivery on orders over €250
- UE, délai moyen 3-5 jours
- International, délai moyen 3-9 jours
