Delivery
Once the order has been placed, it is dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times then apply:
Paris - Click & Collect
- Select Click & Collect shipping mode when confirming your order.
- Within 24-48 working hours, you will receive an email confirming the availability of your order, with information on how to access the collection point.
- You will then be able to pick up your order, but not before receiving this email.
- Pickup location hours: Mon–Fri 10:30 AM–6:00 PM, Paris 8 (excluding holidays)
Metropolitan France
Free delivery on orders over €195.
- Shop2Shop Pickup Point: average delivery time 2–4 business days; €2–€5
- Colissimo Home Delivery: average delivery time 2–4 business days; €2–€6
- Colissimo Home Delivery (signature required): average delivery time 2–4 business days; €2–€8.50
Special case: In the event of re-shipment of a parcel due to a failure on the part of the customer (e.g. parcel not collected from a relay point in time, incomplete or incorrect address, etc.), the customer must pay the actual delivery costs.
International
Free delivery on orders over €250
- EU, average delivery time 3–5 days
- International,average delivery time 3–9 days
NB: These times may be longer during holiday periods.
You will receive your tracking number by email at the time of shipment.
