Our return policy 

Deadlines & Fees

You have 14 days to return your order from the receipt of order . You can request an exchange or a refund.

NB : From November 15 to December 31, this period is extended to 45 days.

The return is free the first time in Metropolitan France (excluding orders benefiting from commercial offers, excluding workshop prices). For international orders , the return is the responsibility of the customer. 


Conditions

  • All products must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged and unwashed condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your return.
  • The products must each be returned in their original Petitjean Paris box and their original overpackaging.


How do I return my order? 

For Metropolitan France

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return slip and indicate whether you would like an exchange (and for which product) or a refund.
  2. Print the label and stick it on the package.
  3. Drop off your package at the Post Office or a relay point within 7 days.

For international deliveries:

Return your order using the carrier of your choice, with a tracking number. You'll need to email this tracking number to bonjour@petitjeanparis.com, otherwise we can't guarantee receipt of your return, and your refund.

Exchange

Upon receipt and verification of the new condition of your return, we will send you the new desired item within 7 working days, subject to available stocks.

Reimbursement 

Upon receipt and verification of the new condition of your return, we will initiate your refund within 10 working days. Once the refund is validated, it will be credited to the bank card used to place the order, within 48 working hours.

Refusal to return

Please read carefully. 
We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Delay not respected. The time between the date you contact us to request the return of the package and the date of receipt of order, is 14 days maximum.
2. Condition of the product. The product must not be damaged (thread pulled, stains, etc.), nor have been worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging (box) and in its over-wrapping (cardboard, bubble wrap, etc.) closed with care.
