Once the order has been placed, it is dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery times then apply:

  • Paris - Click & Collect - Free
  1. Select Click & Collect shipping mode when confirming your order.
  2. Within 24-48 working hours on average, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for collection, with access details.
  3. You will then be able to pick up your order, but not before receiving this email. 
    • Metropolitan France - Free from 160€ purchase.
    Delay Colissimo Point Relais, average delivery time 2-3 working days; Colissimo Domicile, average time 2 working days. Delivery costs are offered in part or in full only the first time. In the event of re-shipment of a parcel due to a failure on the part of the customer (e.g., parcel not collected from a pick-up point in time, or incomplete address provided), the customer must pay the actual delivery charges.
    • International - Free on orders over €200

    Lead time: EU, average 3-5 days; International, average 3-9 days.

    NB: These times may be longer during holiday periods.
    You will receive your tracking number by email at the time of shipment.


    Our return policy 

    Deadlines & Fees

    You have 14 days to return your order from receipt. You can ask for an exchange or a refund.
    NB: From November 15th to December 31st, this period is extended to 45 days.

    The return is
    free the first time in Metropolitan France (excluding orders benefiting from commercial offers) . For international orders, return shipping is at the customer's expense. 


    • All products must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged and unwashed condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your return.
    • Products must be returned in their original Petitjean Paris box and packaging (cardboard or envelope).

    How do I return my order? 

    For Metropolitan France

    1. Generate your return label via this Colissimo portal.
    2. Reply to your order confirmation email to let us know if you want an exchange (and for which product) or a refund.
    3. Print the label and stick it on the package.
    4. Drop off your package at the post office within 7 days.

    For international deliveries:

    Return your order using the carrier of your choice, with a tracking number. You'll need to email this tracking number to, otherwise we can't guarantee receipt of your return, and your refund.


    When you drop off your parcel at the Post Office (with the slip generated via this Colissimo portal), please send us an email mentioning your order number, and the product you wish to exchange. Upon receipt and verification of the new condition of your return, we will send you the new item within 7 working days, subject to availability. 


    In case of a refund request, we process returns (including quality control of returned products) within 10 working days. After validation of your return, your refund will be credited to the credit card used to place your order, within 48 hours. 

    Refusal to return

    Please read carefully. 
    We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange under the following conditions:
    1. Delay not respected. The time between the date you contact us to request the return of the package and the date of receipt of order, is 14 days maximum.
    2. Condition of the product. The product must not be damaged (thread pulled, stains, etc.), nor have been worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging (box) and in its over-wrapping (cardboard, bubble wrap, etc.) closed with care.
