Les Jurassiennes, our very first collection
A land of forests, mist, and wildlife, the Jura is the region where our founder comes from. The Pas de Deux tells the story of a ballet of elusive foxes in a blue clearing.
Today, we’d like to tell you a little more about it. Join us on a journey into the Jura forest, amid the deep blue of the tree leaves and the waltz of the foxes, to learn more about your favorite print.
Its story
The Pas de Deux conceived one evening in New York, when, after leaving a performance of The Nutcracker, Léa Petitjean wanted to capture the memory of her native Jura, still immersed in Tchaikovsky’s music.
"A pas de deux first and foremost a ballet step performed by two dancers. At Petitjean Paris, a blue clearing takes the place of the dance stage, and the choreography is led by vermilion-red foxes.
