Delivery
Once the order has been placed, it is shipped within 2 business days. The following delivery times apply:
Paris - Click & Collect pickup
- Select the Click & Collect shipping method when you confirm your order.
- Within 24–48 business hours, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup, along with details on how to access the pickup location.
- You can then come and pick up your order, but not until you receive this pickup notification email.
- Pickup hours: Mon–Wed 11:30 AM–3:00 PM and 3:30 PM–7:30 PM; Thu–Sun 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, Paris 4.
Metropolitan France
Free shipping on orders of €195 or more.
- Shop2Shop Pickup Point: average delivery time 2–3 business days; €2–€5
- Colissimo Home Delivery: average delivery time 2 business days; €2–€6
- Colissimo Home Delivery (signature required): average delivery time 2 business days; €2–€8.50
Special case: If a package is reshipped due to a customer's fault (e.g., failure to pick up the package at a pickup location on time, incomplete or incorrect address...), the customer must pay the actual shipping costs.
International
Free shipping on orders of €250 or more
- EU, average delivery time 3–5 days ; €5.50–€9.50
- International, average delivery time 3–9 days;€18
