Once the order has been placed, it is dispatched from our Paris office within 3 working days, after which delivery times apply. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

2. Within 24-48 working hours on average, you will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for collection, with access details.
3. You will then be able to pick up your order, but not before receiving the pick-up email. Please pay attention to the pick-up address indicated in the pick-up email.

We prepare all our orders with the greatest care, each product is packaged in its individual gift box, and we do not insert the invoice in the parcel. You can request it by email at bonjour@petitjeanparis.com.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund. The return of your order is free the first time in Metropolitan France, and for orders that have not benefited from offers. Workshop prices can be returned free of charge the first time. From November 15 to December 31, this period is extended to 45 days.

RETURN CONDITIONSPleaseread carefully.

We may refuse the return of an order when the following conditions apply :

1. Time limit not respected. The delay between the date when you contact us to request the return of the parcel and the date of receipt of the order is a maximum of 14 days. (30 days for orders placed between December 1st and 31st).

2. Condition of the product. The product must not be damaged (thread pulled), worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging (gift box) and in its shipment (cardboard, bubble envelope, etc.), carefully resealed.

Your returned product must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original condition. On receipt of your return, we will process it within 10 working days. We carry out a quality control of each returned product, and after validation of the control, we make your refund within 48 working hours. For orders to Metropolitan France, we will refund your entire order. For international orders, we will refund the full amount less shipping costs.
