Our Return Policy

Time Limits & Costs

You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt. You can request an exchange or a refund.

Note: From December 1 to 24, this period is extended to 45 days.

Returns are free for the first return within Metropolitan France (excluding orders benefiting from promotional offers and workshop prices). For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Conditions

  • Each product must be returned in its original, new, unworn, undamaged, and unwashed condition; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
  • Products must be returned in their original Petitjean Paris box and original outer packaging.


How do I return my order?

For Metropolitan France

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request a return form and let us know whether you would like an exchange (and for which product) or a refund.
  2. Print the label and attach it to the package.
  3. Drop off your package at the post office or a drop-off location within 7 days.

For international orders

: Please return your order to us using the carrier of your choice, and be sure to include a tracking number. You must email this tracking number to bonjour@petitjeanparis.com; otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return, and therefore cannot process your refund.

Exchange

Upon receipt and verification of the new condition of your return, we will send you the desired new item within 7 business days, subject to availability.

Refund

Once wehave received and verified that your returned item is innew condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Once the refund is approved, it will be credited to the credit card used to place the order within 48 business hours.

Cases of refusal of return

Please read carefully.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Deadline not met. The time between the date you contact us to request the return of the package and the date of receipt of the order is a maximum of 14 days.
2. Product condition. The product must not be damaged (loose threads, stains, etc.), nor have been worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging (box or case) and in its outer packaging (cardboard, bubble envelope, etc.), carefully sealed.
